My teenage daughter extracted her wisdom teeth in summer 2025 by Dr Jacobs. The procedure lasted less than 45 minutes. She felt no pain during the surgery and was given full instruction when leaving. She recovered within the week without any complications. My son went in for a consultation for a tooth that wasn’t dropping to the right place. Doctor Carlson was very helpful. He recalled my son back to the office for a follow up visit at no charge in a year to see if anything changed. They put the images on a thumb drive for me to take to our regular Orthodontist. Overall I am very pleased with service provided by Pacifica Oral Surgery Thousand Oaks Office. The staff are welcoming and professional. It’s a place I can trust.
The entire staff and Doctor couldn't have been more friendly and professional. The office was clean and welcoming. My biggest peeve (at any medical office) is no name tag or introduction of team member. But this would NOT prevent me from going back or referring friends to this great office. In fact, surgery is scheduled for our young, giant son in February.
I had an amazing experience! Everyone at the office is super sweet, kind and caring. Doctor Carlson is awesome! During my procedure, he made sure I was doing well and explained step by step. He made me feel safe and comfortable and also his staff. God bless them :)
Everyone there was so friendly and very welcoming. And for someone who’s been a bit scared of going to the dentist i felt very comfortable. And the Dr and his assistant took the time to explain everything. I now 100% feel confident getting my wisdom teeth done leaving this office.
I was going to have four wisdom teeth extracted. Before my surgery, I was feeling anxious, but in contrast, the staff made me feel really comfortable and safe. Also, the staff watched over me after the surgery was finished. Thank you Dr. Sarraf and staff. You are all a wonderful team.
