I absolutely loved being a patient with Dr. Heineken! She is incredibly kind, smart, and understanding, and I really looked forward to all of my visits. She is one of the best dentists I’ve ever had. On top of it all, the office staff and hygienist are all incredible. I felt very comfortable with them and knew they had my interest in mind. I have recommended and will continue to recommend my friends to Dr. Heineken.
I’m beyond grateful for Dr. Heineken and her staff! I had the same dentist in Ohio for 30 years and never thought I’d find someone else I loved as much. After trying a couple of other dentists in SD, a good friend referred me to Dr. Heineken. When I walked in the office I immediately knew I found my new dental home. The staff is warm, inviting, professional and caring. Several of the staff have been there for many decades which says so much. Jill and Darlene became fast friends. For several years I’ve wanted to get veneers on my teeth but was very nervous. Dr. Heineken’s competency, professionalism and extreme attention to detail made my doubts go away and I went forward with veneers on my top 10 teeth. The process was so much easier than I thought it would be and I’m incredibly happy with the results. Now I want my bottom 10 teeth done!!! Thank you Dr. Heineken and staff!! You are all lovely and caring people that I not only want as my dentist but as friends. If God gives me 30 more years, I hope you’re my dentist for all of them. Many blessings!!!
I’ve had multiple appointments with Dr. Heineken and her team over the past year. Every single visit has been such a positive experience, including the time Dr. Heineken came in for just me on her day off.. From the beginning, everyone in the office has always made me feel comfortable and cared for, as if I were family or a close friend. She truly went out of her way for me on more than one occasion, and that meant so much, especially when she treated my dental "emergencies" like her priority. I split my tooth in the 2nd grade that had old bonding and a root canal. my smile transformation consisted of 3 veneers and 1 crown. From a distance, my teeth discoloration was not always noticeable, but I noticed everyday, especially in photos.This is something I had lived with and felt insecure about for years, and she completely changed my smile and my confidence. I’m so grateful I found her practice, she truly is one of a kind.
After the dentist I'd gone to for decades retired, I was nervous about a new dentist. But Dr. Heineken has been a #1 replacement. The Pacific Smile Design team are friendly, responsive, and gentle (plus so much more!). I've had problem teeth since I was younger and truly have PTSD about dentists. Recently I had to get 2 implants and 3 crowns/veneers due to former trauma, all on my top front teeth! The process took over several months; Dr. H and her staff treated me like family 🥰 My teeth had varying colors, and they matched everything perfectly - my teeth look pretty and natural, and feel very sturdy. Shout out to Dr. Heineken & Darlene for all the recent implant work, Elba who's been cleaning my teeth for decades, Stephanie who helped with implant work, and Jill & Audie who welcome me at every appointment and help squeeze me in for emergencies. Great first experience. My initial phone call was informative and really gave me the confidence to move forward with my appointment. I loved the clean modern feel of the office and they had a great coffee bar and Netflix. Front desk promptly checked me in and just as I was getting comfortable I was promptly taken to the back to begin my exam and procedure. All the back office assistants were kind and gentle. Dr Heineken was so skilled and the procedure was painless. My smile is beautiful! If you’re nervous about booking don’t hesitate. Such a beautiful office, the staff is kind and Dr is a step above the rest.
