I’ve had two procedures here and wanted to share my terrific experience. I’m extremely anxious about the dentist, especially the oral surgeon, but Dr. Hussainy and his team are incredibly patient and reassuring. They made each experience very easy and as painless as possible, and I appreciate how transparent they were with pricing. Wendy and Liz have been especially understanding and kind. Oral surgery is never fun, but I trust the team here and can’t recommend them enough

My experience at this dental office was very disappointing. I was charged $3,266 without a clear explanation of what my insurance would cover. When I asked for more time to think about the costs, the woman handling the finances took the paper with all the cost details away, and I had to ask for it back — which felt disrespectful and pressuring. During my visit, the nurse broke two of my veins while trying to insert the IV. She said, “Damn girl, you have small veins, do you always have problems with IVs?” I told her no — I had simply been fasting for over six hours and was dehydrated because of the pre-procedure instructions. The situation was handled carelessly, and I ended up needing anxiety medication due to how stressful the experience became. Later, when I returned expecting the 3D X-ray that had been recommended for my sinus issues, I was told they wouldn’t be doing it — without any prior notice or proper explanation. I used time off for that, and spent money for transportation. Overall, I left feeling dismissed, overcharged, and poorly treated. There was a clear lack of communication, compassion, and professionalism throughout my visits. I would not recommend this office to anyone seeking honest, respectful dental care. Last dentist that my other family members went to, they paid less then 1,000, and considering I have a twin who had all four impacted like me, she paid less out of pocket AND She healed faster. Should have stuck with that dentist but I was recommended this one. Bad idea. They didn’t even want to prescribe me the same mouthwash. What a ridiculous office. update: the office did call me and gave me an explanation that they didn’t want to give me an X-ray because they didn’t want to expose me to further radiation. And they also emphasized that the number I had been contacting on the paper was the dentists personal number. It gave off the vibe that they were trying to make me feel guilty about bothering someone. Which if it’s really a big deal that I’m contacting that number then don’t put it in the paperwork. And If any of this radiation reasoning was true, they should have told me that at the office when I asked. The whole call sounded like a blame shifting trick, the overall dentist did a great job with my surgery. His staff is questionable, they don’t communicate well and seem to not handle taking accountability. I don’t even leave reviews normally but this is just necessary I’ve never seen a worse staff.

My 47 year old brother with Down Syndrome had to have two bad teeth and one impacted wisdom teeth removed. The dr and staff here were absolutely wonderful in explaining and prepping him for this procedure. We will return if he needs further work. Wendy was great at our check up helping him make sure to continue his aftercare.
