From the second I stepped foot in the door until I left, everything was great. The staff was very friendly and very informative. Victoria, the hygienist was fabulous. She explained everything she was doing in detail as she did it. They got me in and out quickly and the whole process was easy. Definitely one of the best dental experiences I’ve had in the Paducah area.

Always kindly greeted by name. Even with illness impacting staffing for my new year’s first visit the wait time was minimal. The professionalism of the office is consistent regardless of the team member that assist me. It’s comforting to know of the long term tenure of every employee. Dr Walden is compassionate & very skilled as one of the primary providers in the practice. My dental health has improved due to past treatments & recommendations I’ve followed over the years as a patient. Highly recommend.

Everyone from front desk to the doctor was fantastic. Explained everything little thing. Showed me my x-rays and showed me what I needed done. And really listened to my concerns. Highly recommend them! Had my service done to day and my hygienist was out of this world. Very patient, caring, and kind. Did a FANTASTIC JOB!

We had the worst experience at this dental practice. My daughter went in for a procedure- she was not thoroughly numbed for the procedure. She was in the chair sobbing because she could feel the drill. The PROFESSIONALS stated that she should have said something- this was her first dental procedure! She didn’t know what to expect. My daughter was blamed for this- can medical professionals not read nonverbal cues? Shaking, sobbing? Obviously, something was wrong. The dental assistant tried to tell me it was my daughter’s fault that she had been in pain. Read. The. Room. If you have a patient who is VISIBLY upset- there is something wrong. We will never step foot in this dental practice again and other complaints will be filed.

Great first experience. Staff was very kind and courteous as well as extremely thorough in examining me. A treatment plan was developed and explained to me in detail with no pressure. I look forward to following up and getting my smile back.
