Dr Albert Ruezga runs a tight ship. I have never experienced a dental office that has not only met but exceeded expectations. I’ve had extensive work done this year. From beginning to end this place is precise & each department knows & does their job extremely well. Sally has gone above & beyond to accommodate appointments. Lauren is a guru & ensured that I was well taken care of. Ashley is a powerhouse in what she does. Dr Ruezga is a well oiled machine & once again runs a tight ship. I’m beyond grateful to be a patient here & have highly recommended Pahrump Family Dental & will continue to do so! I only wish I could give 10 stars. A noteworthy edit is the fact that both my husband & I travel extensively. As a new patient since October of this year I have had the best experience that has rivaled numerous states. My husband is currently undergoing extensive work as I speak. We are in great hands & so grateful for Sally accommodating his appointment. Dr. Ruezga is best of the best in NV & many other states that we have had work. We will not be going anywhere else! Merry Christmas & thank you for taking great care of us.
Dr. Ruezga did my first crown ever and was so amazing! Sally was super accommodating and very caring in helping me feel confident about doing the procedure. Had no issues making an appointment. Thank you to all the staff for making this experience wonderful!
My husband and I recently relocated from Las Vegas to Pahrump. In trying to adapt to our new home I am trying to support local businesses and healthcare providers. After researching dental offices I was impressed with the reviews on Pahrump Family Dental. Two months ago I called to schedule a new patient appointment with them and was told new patient appointments were two months out, an acceptable response. So I scheduled the appointment with them. On the day of the scheduled appointment I arrived only to be informed that there was no dentist on duty. They said they attempted to contact me but in all honesty, I never received a message (I checked to make sure the phone number wasn’t blocked and even checked my Spam box and found nothing). The young lady took my number saying they would call me later that day or the next to reschedule me. Four days later I had not heard back from them so I called to speak with the office manager, Sally. I explained the situation to her and I explained that I wasn’t even angry about it but wanted to know if I could reschedule. She spent a moment chastising me telling me that she herself tried three times to contact me. So I explained it may have been my fault with the phone and technology but that wasn’t THE issue. The issue was, could I get an appointment? Yes, but I had to wait another two months because THEY had tried to cancel me. I then told her that my husband also had a new patient appointment and he wanted to cancel it. So I asked if I could have his appointment. Sally said she could not find a scheduled appointment for him either on the date I was given for him. It became obvious to me that Sally did not need my business because she offered no solutions for the problems except for me to wait another two months. Never mind…I’ll make the drive to Henderson to see my regular dentist and where the staff is very helpful. I certainly don’t recommend Pahrump Family Dental for new patients. This was a very disheartening experience.
Dr Ruezga took amazing care of me I'm able to smile again without being a shame of my self. Now I can be proud of my teeth and my smile. The entire staff is professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this office for all of your dental needs.
The care in this office is above and beyond. I feel comfortable when going there. Every person in the office make you feel like family, taking care of your concern as if it was their own. If you are afraid of dentist due to previous experience from other dentists, which had bad experiences, but not here from the beginning. Love all of them
