So my journey started with going to Aspen Dental and let me tell you what they told me a number SO HIGH I didn’t even wanna go back to the dentist. So I’m a local plumber and did some work for Dr.S and his team and let me tell you what everyone there was so nice and polite. So I set up an appointment with them and I couldn’t be happier with my Hygienists lil sweet Blonde curly Gal from SC working her magic with my teeth. So long story short I have a new Dentist and my Wife is also a new customer of there’s aswell. Thanks y’all rock 😎🤙🏻
I was so impressed with Dr Jay Shartzer at my visit yesterday.I have such respect for his years of experience and expertise.He is very skilled ,and so personable and made me feel comfortable during the whole proceeding.His entire office runs like a well oiled welcoming machine. He did not hesitate to identify and FIX my broken filling right on the first visit.I did not need novocaine and felt no pain during the drilling process.He has a very soothing manner.I Totally recommend this dentist and give them the most stars available.. We just started going to Palm Point Dentistry but so far my husband and I have been very impressed with him and his staff. They had been recommended to us so I set up appointment. Right before appointment Dr Shartzer called and thanked us for setting up appointments and asked if we had any special specific problems and that he looked forward to meeting us in person. Both my husband and I had excellent hygienists who cleaned our teeth professionally, without pain and were friendly and calming in demeanor. The billing check out person was very patient and answered our questions.
If I could give 10 stars I would! The service was amazing and my hygienist Samantha was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable. She was so positive and very very gentle! Dr shartzer was very informative and thorough and super friendly. So glad I found such a wonderful office.
I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience at this dentist office. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. The front desk greeted me with genuine smiles, and right away I noticed how friendly and down-to-earth everyone was. Dr. Schartner, Dr. Long, and all the staff are by far the best group I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. What really stood out was the way they took their time to explain everything. They went over my options in detail, answered all my questions, and never once seemed bothered or came off as condescending. That kind of care and rapport is rare these days, and it made me feel like I was in the best hands. During my treatment, their gentleness was incredible and their calm, reassuring manner helped me relax. On top of that, the pricing was explained clearly and felt very fair for the quality of service I received. It’s not often you find a place where professionalism and warmth come together so authentically, but this office has it all. I left feeling cared for, respected, and confident in the work they did. I’m very happy to have found this place and just want to say a big THANK YOU to the whole team!
