Starting from the front, receptionist are so sweet and helpful.The wait wasn't long at all environments very clean the dental assistant was very kind.. Last but not least the Dentist was amazing HE did a great job. Also what I found to be great was the fact that I had no dental insurance and they worked with me! So IN ALL HONESTY I GIVE THEM A 5 STAR!
I’m traveling in my camper van with my three dogs, after retiring from the military. I called and made an appointment for cleaning and x-rays. Anita, the dental hygienist was 100% a total pro. Probably the most thorough cleaning I’ve had in my life. She was very kind and professional, and the dentist was also very thorough with his exam, advice and going over my x-rays with me in depth. This was a refreshing visit coming from South Florida, which is notoriously a non-service oriented environment. I highly recommend this dentist and the dental hygienist. It was just a pleasant surprise and I was very happy With my care. I Wish this office was located near my home in South Florida
Excellent dental care is a priority to my husband and I. We are very impressed with the modern equipment that Dr. Palmer and Dr. Johnson use. But any dentist can use advanced equipment. We continue using Palmer and Johnson Family Dental because of their care. They really DO care. The girls up front are kind and gracious. It's like having family members in dental care.
Dr. Palmer’s expertise is unsurpassed in the valley. In addition, the way in which he communicates to patients what he is going to do and why is amazing. I’ve never had such an attentive dentist. He keeps up to date on the latest and is so skilled. I’m so glad he is doing my implant. I will absolutely be switching to him for all my dental needs.
All of the wonderful staff are friendly and helpful. Dr Palmer was informative really helped me to choose to get dentures. I had many upper teeth to pull and I have to say I really didn't feel a thing. He was patient and made sure I was not in any pain. The dentures are beautiful and I am very happy with my experience there.
