Dr. Palo is Amazing! I had an issue that caused pain. My family dentist referred 3 Erie maxillofacial physicians and I decided to call Dr. Palo's office first. His office staff was beyond kind, and worked me into their very busy schedule very quickly knowing that my issue was causing me discomfort. The initial consultation went well and we quickly scheduled a date for the procedure. The total time was one-week start to finish. Dr. Palo listened to every word I said and made sure I was comfortable with next steps. Then, on the procedure day, we quickly learned that there was an issue and I wasn't numbing like I should have. That was due to an infection that blocked the Lanacane from taking effect. At that point, Dr. Palo rearranged his schedule, got me in the next morning, and I had a pain free IV sedation procedure. To top it off, he personally called me the night of the procedure and checked on me. I don't take the time to write reviews as this only my 2nd or 3rd one ever. This IS the oral and maxillofacial surgeon you need to go with. Dr. Palo listens to his patients, an amazing sedation specialist for difficult procedures, and genuinely cares about his patients. Erie's BEST!
Absolutely top notch dentist and his staff is A+++ I have had too many negative experiences with dentists and other types of medical staff to even count until now! Dr. Palo has thee best bedside manner, is thorough, skilled and humorous. I can not say enough good things about him. You are treated as a person with utmost respect. I highly recommend his office. His staff is as warm and friendly as he is. Great experiences here. Thank you Dr. Palo for being an absolute delight. You have helped restore not only my smile, but my faith in the dentistry profession. Id give 10 stars if I could.
Dr Palo is the salt of the earth And his staff is absolutely amazing especially front desk. I don't enjoy going to sit in the chair at all. They made me feel so comfortable I enjoyed it. I brought them donuts
Waited 30 minutes past my appointment time in the lobby for a consultation The consultation consisted of entering a room, getting a blood pressure reading, and then having Dr. Palo come to talk. He glanced at my X-ray, said he'd remove my wisdom teeth, drew a crude drawing of his procedure plan on a piece of scrap paper, told me the anesthesia guidelines, then got up to leave. I asked about the cost, he refused to answer. I was directed to the front desk. I asked the receptionist about the price of this procedure. She refused to answer, saying it will be sent to me in the mail. This "consultation", that was late, that was unable to answer my only question, and that was over in less than 10 minutes, costed over $200. The price that came in the mail is over $2600. Guess that nice carpet in the lobby doesn't come cheap. Nor the fines Dr. Palo was in the the news for (Learned about this after my appointment. He lied to insurance companies to steal money from them). Lucky he's one of the only in the region and can prey on people without options. Stay away if possible.
Absolutely the BEST. Dr Palo is so kind and understanding! He makes you feel very comfortable with his humor and confidence in his work. I was so nervous and he and his staff cared for me so much. They walked me through the entire process and even called to check up on me afterwards. Everyone truly is so kind and really cares about their patients. They all did FANTASTIC. Thank you for an easy and gentle surgery. 10/10 recommend!!!
