Pan-Am Dental Lab has been doing a great job. We are very happy with the quality of their work especially the AOX, they come back needing no additional adjustments most of the times. Ben the lab technician is very knowledgeable and helpful with the complex cases and delivers good customer service as well.
I have been using PanAm Dental Lab for over two years and have been extremely happy with their quality of work and exceptional customer service. I am a very detailed oriented dentist, and I make sure that I have all the data that the lab needs to make a great product (digital impressions, photos, lab scripts). The turn around time for basic products is quick and more difficult cases take a little longer, but I’d rather have the attention to detail for my bigger cases and it take a little longer. I do a lot of complex cases involving implants and crown and bridge, my lab tech who manages my cases is easy to connect with by text, email and phone. And although not every case can be perfect, if there is ever an issue, they stand behind their work and make it right. I highly recommend that if you are in the market for a new dental lab that can handle all your cases big or small, that you give PanAm a try, you won’t be disappointed.

I have been working almost exclusively with PanAm for 3-4 years. We get consistent quality for C&B; I send them a ton of implant restorations and, once we dialed in my preferences, it's been smooth sailing. 90-95% of restorations just drop in to place. I am most impressed with the responsiveness of their customer service. I always feel heard and they have been great troubleshooting complex restorations with me and my team!
Pan-Am Dental Laboratory is knocking it out of the park with their crown and bridge work. Excellent margins, contacts and occlusion come with every case! Most of their crowns require little to NO adjustments and my delivery time is down to one-third of what we used to schedule. I highly recommend Pan-Am Dental Laboratory!
