My experience at Panneton was phenomenal. I couldn’t ask for more. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. I was given options for procedures and not just presented with the most expensive option. They worked with my budget and went above and beyond. The quality of the work is exceptional and I will have all of my future work completed at Panneton Dental.
We have had a great experience with Dr. Panneton's office out west while scheduling my daughter's procedure. The staff was incredibly helpful and went above any beyond by reaching out to other offices to gather all the necessary information. They even made follow up phone calls three different times to see if there was anything else they could assist with. I truly appreciate all their efforts and dedication. We highly recommend them.
Initial visit, very impressed. I have a terrible fear of the dentist from childhood, where they came at you from the front and the spit sink was dripping away by your ear. The staff and dentists here made me comfortable and calmed my anxiety. I don't know how they managed that but I am impressed. Dr Panneton was very good at explaining what was going on and he is even going to call my oncologist and discuss this with him. Above and beyond in my opinion. A class act.
The staff were very welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. The office space is comfortable with lots of seating, various entertainment options with TVs, magazines, books and treatment literature. The check in process was made a breeze with the online documentation site so no need to rush through stacks of papers. We are looking forward to years of treatment from the team and Panneton Group. Thank you!
I have been seeing Dr. Panneton for a long time. He is someone who deeply cares for all his patients and ensures they feel comfortable and remain healthy. As a fellow medical professional, I also see the standard of care they give and how they prioritize the latest techniques to be on the cutting edge of their industry. I can’t recommend them enough!
