I had a wonderful experience from the front desk , to Dr Paolino's nurse/ assistant and then to Dr Paolino himself. Everyone was polite and efficient. Dr Paolino took his time and listened to my concerns. It was a very good first visit.
Dr. Paolino is truly the most exceptional surgeon our family has ever encountered. Our son suffered a severe and complex bilateral mandible fracture involving the TMJ region, with facial nerve involvement and a real risk of paralysis—an emergency that happened right before the 4th of July holiday. Despite the timing, Dr. Paolino set aside his own plans and made our son his absolute priority. Before the operation, he explained every detail with clarity and patience, and he kept us updated throughout the procedure and immediately afterward. The surgery itself was flawless. He achieved a perfect reconstruction of our son’s jaw, and—most importantly—there was no facial nerve damage or paralysis. In the weeks that followed, Dr. Paolino remained consistently available, answering every question we had about recovery without ever making us feel rushed or redirected through staff. His entire team was warm, supportive, and professional. It is rare to encounter such a remarkable combination of skill, dedication, and genuine compassion. We are profoundly grateful for the care he provided and highly recommend Dr. Paolino and his practice.
I cannot recommend Dr. Paolino and the entire team highly enough! My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed here, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Dr. Paolino has incredible bedside manner; he is compassionate, relatable, and truly took the time to put my daughter at ease during a nervous time. Had the best experience ever! Was very scared about having an extraction/ needles etc but I hardly felt any pain and it was done before I knew it! Dr Paolino is an amazing professional who thoroughly explained everything and put me at ease! Very kind and understanding.
