My elderly mom, Mary A., had an amazing experience at her very first appointment today. Everyone was exceptional - professional, knowledgeable, courteous, caring and kind. Dr. Ahmed, Abby, Veronica and Alex were the team my mom worked with. She was so impressed with her very first appointment with a new dental office and now has the confidence to keep coming back for future appointments. The office atmosphere is also warm and inviting and made us feel welcome. I, Rita, found everyone to be phenomenal and trust my mom’s care in their hands!
This has been my best dental experience I have ever had and I married a dentist! Staff is efficient, professional. The implants and crowns fit perfectly. I can not recommend this dental implant/crown office high enough .
I've been with Dr Ahmed for over a year. She and her staff have gone the extra mile with my care, especially during my difficult surgery. Once she started, unforseen issues arose and she addressed them to prevent future implications that would have needed to be addressed. In my opinion, she didn't have to do that, but she took it upon herself to do the right thing and get the work done right !!! Dr Ahmed and her staff are professional. I have always felt they were genuinely concerned with my care and they have excellent "chairside" manner.
I went to see Dr. Ahmed to get a second opinion on some dental work proposed by my previous dental office. Dr. Ahmed gave me options that I didn't know existed and explained in detail the positive and negative features of each option. It was so refreshing to be able to make an informed decision and then have Dr. Ahmed and her staff provide the perfect outcome in a friendly, inviting atmosphere. I have since recommended that my wife switch to Dr. Ahmed for her dental needs also. This is by far the best dental office I have had work done. Randy Hawbaker
