My dds referred me to this practice for a procedure that was out of her scope. As soon as I walked into the Parker office I could tell that this business was special. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Everyone was so very friendly and professional. After they took measurements and X-rays, the staff went over my oral health thoughtfully and thoroughly. I then went into a beautiful and private office to discuss payment with several options available. I was in and out of my appointment it wasn’t rushed but they did not waste my time either.
Dr.Parker and his staff are the very best! They are caring and excellent at what they do. When I leave there I know my teeth have been cleaned. For the more extensive work that Dr.Parker does he provides more than adequate pain control or anesthesia. I wouldn’t go any place else.
Dr. Parker and his entire staff are extremely professional and top notch in their professions, but more importantly to me is that they showed empathy to me when I faced an unexpected & upsetting situation regarding a fractured tooth. Everyone in the office is very kind and that means a lot when you're stressed. Highly recommend.
I had a minor issue that needed attention before it became worse. Dr. Parker’s after hours representative Tricia took my message and called me back the same evening to get me scheduled. When I arrived the next day, Brandy and her colleagues welcomed me and Brandy got to work immediately resolve the issue. As always Brandy was customer friendly, easy to do business with, extremely professional as always is the case with Brandy and her colleagues! That make you feel welcomed, relaxed and encouraged! The entire staff made you feel welcome. Dr was knowledgeable and very open. All went as planned with some unknowns that were addressed once procedure started. No surprises and very happy with this entire office. I will be recommending thrm to others! Thank you!
