Yesterday, I experienced a dental emergency. This was also following a recent ice storm that caused widespread, power outages, property, damage, and unsafe travel conditions throughout the area. As a new patient, I contacted Peach Tree Dental-West Monroe, and explained my situation. They were incredibly prompt and accommodating, allowing me to be seen the same day. From the moment I arrived, the staff was kind, attentive, and professional. I also struggle with significant dental anxiety, which I shared with them. I was met with genuine reassurance, compassion, and patience from both the staff and the dentist, which made a stressful situation much more manageable. I was highly impressed with the level of care I received and I’m very grateful for their responsiveness and empathy. I would absolutely recommend Peach Tree Dental to anyone in need of excellent dental care.
Every person I came into contact with at Apple Dental was very courteous, professional, and treated me with a great deal of respect. They also made sure I didn’t hurt at all. Today I had 2 crowns and my teeth were cleaned. Everyone was awesome and did great work. Dr Allie Watson is my dentist and I would recommend her and the staff to anyone!
Angela was amazing with my daughter! She took the time to show her all of her awesome super tools, explained everything and I couldn’t have asked for a better hygienist for her first dentist appointment! Dr Allie was also amazing! Mrs Ty and Mrs Donna were extremely sweet as well!
All of my experience with this office have been amazing, ally is always amazing!! But this time felt very rushed, I don’t even know the names of the doctors or dental assistants who did my work today, other than that everything was great!! I love this office and the people who work in it
The staff and Drs are friendly, compassionate and competent. They make you feel welcome and if you have an urgent issue they will take care of you quickly . And they offer affordable payment options :)
