Great experience. The people were super friendly helped to put me at ease for what typically would not be the most enjoyable dental procedure. The operation went well and I am recovering great right now. They offered ample support with post op procedures along with support lines for communication if I needed anything. Would definitely recommend.
Came in for a consultation regarding a future implant. Elayna greeted me at the front desk and was so friendly! Dr. Marks explained the implant process to me in great detail and made feel confident in my choice of a surgeon. Everyone I interacted with( Elayna, Donna and Michelle), were professional and friendly. Highly recommend!
This place is amazing! My surgery was at the end of August, I drove an hour here because of the good reviews. The city that I live in and the surrounding cities had bad reviews for oral surgeons. I was terrified because I recently developed a slight fear of the dentist and don’t take people performing surgery in my mouth lightly. I prayed about it and I found this place and it was truly a blessed experience. Everyone at this office is friendly and seems to like their job and respects their patients. Michael Demo made me feel so comfortable and was very attentive. The teeth that my dentist recommended for me to get pulled I didn’t actually need all of them pulled and most oral surgeons would have still let me get them pulled to get all the money that they can but Doctor Demo was honest and trustworthy to let me know what was needed and what was not needed and he let me make that decision. I healed great and the healing process was only a few days. Not to mention their scheduling was quick unlike most places that were booked out for weeks. I was in so much pain so the day of my consultation I asked if I could get the surgery done because I was in too much pain to wait and since I haven’t ate or drank anything in 24 hours they were able to just perform the extractions which was so relieving and I thank them so much for doing it. This was literally the best experience I have ever had I wish I could go to Demo as an all the time dentist he was so good I would be willing to take that hour drive anytime. He deserves all the patients because there are not many people like him in today’s society especially in healthcare. Blessing to you Michael Demo and your staff may God bless this establishment❤️
Dr. Demo is exceptionally skilled and his bedside manner makes any procedure comfortable. He understands that patients are anxious, and he takes the time to explain everything! I highly recommend him to anyone!
This was my second visit to this practice. The first time was for 2 implants, this time was for an extraction. Dr. Marx performed both procedures. This office runs like a well oiled machine. The staff from receptionist to medical assistant to billing are welcoming friendly and efficient, and Dr. Marx explains everything that is about to happen and does what needs to be done efficiently and most importantly pain free! I would recommend this practice without any hesitation.
