I had such a great experience at my recent dentist appointment! Ernest at the front desk was incredible—so patient, kind, and genuinely helpful. He walked me through my insurance details and made everything so easy to understand. My dental hygienist was just as amazing. She went above and beyond, made me feel completely comfortable, and somehow turned a cleaning into a really fun, enjoyable visit. We truly had the best time. I left feeling well taken care of and already looking forward to my next appointment. Highly recommend!
Dr. Kaveeta the best experience, very nice, gentle, caring and took her time to explain everything o need to get done. Lovella higiene assistant excellent too. I’m a patient for while now with just one not very nice experience out of those years that I’ve been going to Dental Pearl. I expressed my concerns and they fixed it immediately. Super recommended Dental Pearl.
Usually I have a good experience at pearl, however this time I had 2 appointments in one day (one for a filling one for a check up) both appointments were 50 minutes late due to a double booking and not knowing I had arrived (I had spoken to the front desk and said I was here so I’m not sure how that could be true ). I also had a dentist who highly recommended Invisalign for me for aesthetic reasons not medical. No conversation of are you unhappy with your smile or is this something you have been thinking about prior, just out of the blue, you need to do this it would look so much better I really recommend it. It was so unnecessary as I have never been insecure about my smile but then started to feel a little like it was a problem due to this dentists strong opinion. I also felt like multiple large but non priority procedures were being pushed on me for more money. Finally, during my filling there was little to no communication throughout the procedure and when I was finally done they said, you can go, no explanation of after care, if there was any, just pushing me out of the door. I really would have appreciated a better bed side manner and more communication between doctor and patient. Like I said, I usually have a good experience at pearl but I had a new dentist for the first time this day and it was really an uncomfortable experience.
I love this office! Everyone is so nice and understanding! I have had a lot of bad experiences in the past with dentists but Dr. George is the best, you can tell he values and respects patients and does an amazing job! From the dentists, to clinic assistants, and those that schedule and work in billing! Everyone is welcoming and caring, HIGHLY recommend Pearl Dental!
Amazing staff and friendly! The dental technicians do an amazing job and are very thorough. I’ve been a client at this location for about 2 years and very happy!
