Dr. Stephens is the perfect dentist for me. I knew him to be friendly, helpful, and informative from a regular check up. But when a troublesome filling fell out, I wondered if I would continue to struggle with that darned tooth. Not any more! Dr. Stephens was BRILLIANT. He explained all my options clearly and succinctly, made his recommendations, and let me decide. I took his "Plan A/Plan B" recommendation. He was clear when we had to switch to Plan B, and why. While the procedure was under way, he explained what was going to happen next and how it might feel. He was calm, reassuring, and considerate at EVERY step of the way. I felt like a full partner in the process. And the end result is a filling that has had zero issues, no pain, no awkward bite, it's perfect. You are in good hands with Dr. Stephens!
I HATE the dentist. I've had extensive work done due to lousy genes and trauma. When I got my first appointment, I was instantly at ease, I felt completely comfortable and heard and treated with compassion and care. The dental hygienist is superior! Friendly and kind and knowledgeable. Hands down best dentist, 10/10 recommend! Easy scheduling, not pushy and kind reception team too!!
Larraine is the most gentle hygienist I have ever had. For my entire life I have left the dentist office with my teeth and gums hurting. Every since I starting coming here I really don't mind coming to the dentist anymore. She is also a sweet lady. Samuel Woolwine is exceptional as well. Highly recommend this dental office.
They over charged me for my cleaning and x-rays. When I inquired about why my husband - who received the SAME services - was charged much less, I was told it was because he came after 6 months. The receptionist was rude when I came and rude when I inquired about the difference. I used to love coming here for years! Will 100% NOT return due to unethical billing and bad customer service!
I asked my endodontist who did my root canal, "who puts the best crown on a tooth?" and he recommended Dr. James Peery III. I scheduled an appointment and he did not disappoint. The office was friendly, he explained the procedure clearly, the technology they used for the crown was the best I've ever seen (printed it right in the office and walked out with a perfectly fitting crown on the first try!). Best work I've ever had done on my teeth. They really did an amazing job and I would recommend their practice to anyone.
