Just got a letter in the mail refusing service of my 3 sons of dental care for no reason whatsoever. The letter says "a breakdown in our relationship". But does not Specify what that means. The dentistry I know didn't want to see my autistic son but my son Chris has never caused any trouble as I've been their right with him everytime. The only thing I could think of is when they refused to serve my autistic son I said I was going to leave a review. A week later they send me a letter saying they will no longer see my children. This discrimination is uncalled for.
Whatever the staff is paid, it’s simply not enough. From reception to hygienists to the dentist himself everyone has a phenomenal attitude. You can tell they’re all meant to work with children and love their jobs. They’re patient, kind, and take care of their special needs patients with the upmost of care. I also love how reassuring they are to parents. I took my 2 and 3 year old special needs children in and throughout the entire appointment I was reassured that I was doing a great job despite my children struggling with their sensory processing disorders. The hygienist also went above and beyond and helped keep them entertained while I did paperwork. Literal angels work in that office and it’s so comforting as a special needs mom to know that there’s a place for my children to receive exceptional dental care. The facility is modern and clean. The lobby has anything and everything to entertain your child and keep them happy. Let’s be honest I wish they took adults. 😂 Dr. Rob and his team are amazing and I can’t recommend them enough!
Five stars isn’t enough! The staff has been kind and understanding from the very beginning. My daughter has severe social anxiety and struggled with getting her teeth cleaned. But the staff was patient, and allowed us to take our time, reschedule when she just couldn’t and do multiple in office visits to get accustomed to the setting and tools.
Dr. Rob and his staff are the best. Everyone is so kind and welcoming and they are great with our toddler and get her excited to try new things that might otherwise be scary or intimidating. We feel so fortunate to have such a wonderful pediatric dentist available locally. Our daughter loves the little prizes of course, but the whole appointment has been a positive and pleasant experience both times we have taken her!
Every single staff member is kind, professional and well-trained at putting children (and their parents) at ease. Dr. Rob is exceptional at what he does, and was born to work with kids.
