I can’t say enough good things about Penz Dental. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a genuinely welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The entire team is incredibly kind and patient, taking the time to listen to concerns and explain every step of the process clearly. Their thorough approach really stands out! You never feel rushed, and they make sure all your questions are answered before moving forward. They’re also very easy to work with when it comes to scheduling and treatment planning, which makes the whole experience smooth and stress-free. My daughter had a particularly tough case, and unfortunately, other dentists we saw previously failed to meet our needs. We felt discouraged and unsure about what to do next. However, Dr. Penz truly went above and beyond for her. He took the time to carefully assess her situation, walked us through all of our options, and approached her care with both expertise and compassion. Thanks to his dedication and attention to detail, we finally felt confident and supported. We are incredibly grateful for the outstanding care our family has received.
I have been terrified of the dentist since I was a child, so I was quite nervous about getting my teeth cleaned. However, I chose Penz Dental because of their wonderful reviews, and I am so glad I did. From the moment I arrived, Anna B. made me feel completely comfortable. She was patient, kind, and incredibly understanding, which helped ease my fears throughout the entire appointment. I couldn't have asked for a better dental hygienist. Dr. Penz was also very kind and welcoming. He helped create a warm and reassuring environment. Thanks to the exceptional care I received, I can confidently say I won't be going to any other dentist in the future. My experience at Penz Dental was truly wonderful, and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking compassionate dental care.
My experience at Penz Dental was among the best I've ever had at the dentist. A year ago, I went to a different place in town that told me I had to have a cavity filled and quoted me about $500 (with the discount I paid $50 for through their annual membership). Dr. Pauley was much more discerning and I felt zero pressure. I could tell they actually cared about the PATIENT rather than the money I could pay them. Shout out to Karina, my dental hygienist who's humor and conversation put me at ease.
Phenomenal expertise and service. Tanya and Dr. Pauley were professional and exceptional in every respect. The receptionists were also very friendly and welcoming. Smoothest and most painless routine checkup and cleaning I’ve had. Penz is truly an exceptional dental practice.
Dr. Penz is a consummate professional who strives to do and be the best dentist possible. This is why our entire family is committed to his and his team's care. I can't believe all the technological advances in dental medicine. Although Dr. Penz has all the newest and best equipment, we are most impressed with his care and expertise in using the technology to care deeply for us his patients. Keep up the great work Doc!!
