For few years now I have been to dr Bahareh Sabzehei It has been a long road to fix my problems and we developed a good relationship. The staff is super nice and the care wonderful. I had an excellent experience at Perio Implant Chicago. Dr Sabzehei was extremely responsive to my concerns and the service she provided was effective and extremely well done. The office staff and assistants are wonderful. They all contributed to an anxiety reducing experience. I definitely recommend them.
I can't say enough about the periodontists and support staff in this office. My gums and jaw were injured from intubation during surgery elsewhere. I appreciated that they began with a lower cost, non-invasive approach before moving on to surgical procedures (which we eventually had to do as the condition worsened). The staff is compassionate and competent. And if you want to support a mostly women-run business, this is the place to go!
Dr. Sheppard is extremely talented, gentle and kind. She really knows what she is doing and cares about your experience. Unfortunately, dental insurance is really lacking in covering a lot of what they do and it isn't cheap. But the care is the very best, especially for what are unexpected and unpleasant procedures.
All staff were pleasant. Woman at desk helped me with setting up parking garage app. Dr. Sabzehei explained plan for upcoming procedure. I feel confident with her skill and with the plan.
