First we want to say (Dr. Jennifer Lopes) SHOUT OUT to her and her team, Freaking amazing OMG 🤩 Starting with the receptionist,(Jenny/Johnae) both women at the front desk are amazing and very welcoming to each and every patient that comes through the front door, always willing to go above and beyond with assisting patients during and after registration. Next the dental hygienist (kerrie/Heather) Phenomenal! I would like to say thank you for giving me the option to wait in the waiting area or in the room with my husband.😊 You ladies were very informative when explaining process and procedures of today’s visit and not only the importance of maintaining proper oral hygiene practices but also how to care while at home. Last but not least (DR. JENNIFER LOPES) thank you again for listening and taking my husband feelings/concerns into consideration. The Professionalism, Respect and Courtesy that this team Demonstrates is immaculate. I wish I could rate them more than just five stars because they definitely deserve more than five stars. I wish I could give Dr Lopes and the entire staff 10 stars! I was extremely nervous about this gum grafting surgery but everyone was so kind, helpful, and made me feel at ease. From Jennifer at the front desk who helped me with all the paper work, Janae, and of course Ester, the medical assistant and dear kind soul who held my hand the entire time. I cannot forget Dr Lopes, who was absolutely amazing taking the time to explain everything with such a friendly, kind, and down to earth personality. Thank you Dr Lopes! I am so grateful for your excellent care.
Dr. Lopes was cited by Delaware Today magazine as a Top Dentist for 2025, and that honor is well- deserved. She is stellar! She’s performed several procedures for me, all with perfect results and without complications or infections. The staff is pleasant, competent and efficient, and appointment times are adhered to. The receptionists, Johnae and Jenny, are wonderful, and all the dental technicians perform their work with care. You can’t ask for more!
From the first call, to the first appointment, then the procedure this practice has delivered a WOW!! The business manager was amazing. Awesome front desk and dental assistants. Dr. Lopez has an amazing personality and provided a pain-free procedure. I wish I could give the ten stars 🌟
Wow, what can I say. I am a little over a day removed from a double implant and I feel great! Front desk staff was very friendly (Janae), dental tech was amazing (Ester), and both doctors had great touch and care! Thank you all!
