I put off coming for longer than I should have only to find out the staff are very friendly and attentive. Dr. Diaz took time to listen to my concerns & come up with my treatment plan putting me at ease. The Insurance Department worked vigorously, making sure that everything would be able to be ran through insurance prior to the appointment. The Scheduling Team was able to get me seen for treatment by the end of the year to utilize my insurance to its full benefit. They truly do make you feel like family! Highly recommend PHA!
Beautiful office, staff very friendly, assistant extremely nice, and the doctor was very kind and thorough. But, I do not want to pay for treatment (sedation) that is scheduled for over 3 months away when a definite treatment plan has not been 100% set in place. Dr. B. White has discussed this in detail, and I feel each patient should be treated on an individual basis not on office policies, especially when certain circumstances arise. We are waiting for my dad (retired dentist from SWFL) to return from Florida to review and discuss everything in person before any final decisions are made. He takes great pride and trust in Dr. White, but would like to be apart of the final decisions. This was discussed, regardless of upcoming appointments made. I do hope you understand. This is just my personal opinion.
My experience with Periodontal Health Associates is always great. They have the best staff. Always friendly and nice. My hygienist is the best. She knows how to take care of her patients!! Very pleased with the service!!
So glad we found this amazing place! Very friendly staff, beautiful inside and very clean. I love the oldies music playing while waiting in the waiting room. I highly recommend them if you ever need periodontal work done! You won't find a better place here in Lynchburg. ❤️
