My experience with Dr. Ersteniuk was outstanding. She took the time to thoroughly evaluate my situation, walked me through my treatment options in a way that was easy to understand, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. The procedure itself was quick and virtually painless, and the follow-up care instructions were clear and helpful. The office staff was equally wonderful—organized, welcoming, and efficient. Dr. Bowers is kind and professional, as is her staff. Excellent care from the time you walk in the door to the time you leave. The waiting room is aesthetically pleasing, and the chair in the procedure room was remarkably comfortable. The pre- and post-op instructions were printed out and thorough. Now it's just about the healing. Highly recommend.
Dr. Bowers is a wonderful, caring person and doctor. I’ve had two separate implant procedures with her nine years apart involving front teeth. The experiences have included lots of office visits and three surgical procedures. She and her staff always make sure I’m comfortable and my questions are answered. They try their hardest to squeeze me in when I have a retainer problem or need to be seen. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Much love and appreciation to Dr. Bowers and her practice.
I recently had a gum graft here, and I’m very pleased with my experience. Dr. Klaus and her team were great in answering my questions and making sure I was set up for a successful procedure. Having Dr. Klaus personally reach out to me the next day to see how I was doing was a really welcome and nice touch.
Each member of the staff is amazing. They truly listen and care about each patient. They helped reduce my anxiety and made sure I was comfortable through each step in the process. I’m so impressed!
