Patient Reviews
Powered by GoogleI have been a patient with Dr. Siegelman for years now. My general dentist referred me to him because I was having gum issues. Since then, I have had 3 bone graft surgeries, 3 implants, and multiple deep cleanings. Dr Siegelman has gone above and beyond to help me. More recently, I had infection and was in excruciating pain. Dr. Siegelman came in on a Saturday and Sunday to help me. He even called me after to check in and see how I was feeling. He truly cares about his patients.
I saw Dr. Siegelman for a crown lengthening procedure to fix a gummy smile. The whole staff made the process feel very easy and I'm very happy with the results- I feel like a new person! Everyone was so kind and attentive at follow ups. The procedure itself was painless and I was sent home with thorough care instructions. I would definitely recommend them to someone considering a procedure like this!
I am a relatively new patient, but my evaluation of Dr. Sarah Pham is an outstanding five-star review. Her professionalism and caring manor for my oral health has been exceptional. My dental hygienist, Heather, has been a bonus. I've had many treatments over the years and can attest that her knowledge and guidance are essential to my personal care.
I recently had gum graft surgery with Dr. Seigelman, and I can honestly say the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Like most people, I was a bit nervous going in, especially after hearing how uncomfortable gum grafts can be—but Dr. Seigelman completely changed my expectations. The procedure itself was smooth and professional. Dr. Seigelman used a numbing agent on the harvest site that lasted two days after the surgery which made a huge difference in my comfort level. I was genuinely surprised at how little discomfort I felt during and after the procedure. Recovery was quick and seamless, with minimal swelling and no complications. Dr. Seigelman was kind, reassuring, and meticulous. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure I felt comfortable at every step. If you’re considering gum graft surgery and want excellent care with minimal discomfort, I can’t recommend Dr. Seigelman enough. Truly a five-star experience!
RESPONSE to PROVIDER: Disagree.. even though you half way disclose this practice it is against the billing standard codes. THIS JUST MAKES YOU have the ability to drain your clients pockets with out them even being aware. SHAME ON YOU! UPDATE: PLEASE READ COMPLETELY Our general dentist called and requested record from this office and they sent so minimal information that they had to call back 3 times. FOR OVER $500 in care they didnt send anymore information back then a small summary. No xrays nothing. DO NOT WAST YOUR MONEY here. HORRIBLE. Please READ: My husband went to this provider to care. After first visit they laid out the treatment plan and costs. Then advised that they will bill insurance but wont accept it. Meaning we must pay upfront and collect on back end. Cost over $500 for procedure. They do bill the insurance. When he came back for follow up we were told another $75.00. At that time I questioned that as follow up visit should be part of the procedure. Front desk advise it was not. My insurance was billed and the insurance company came back as I have argued that this should have been part of the prodecure AND not payable. This is NOT just an insurance issue. ALL procedures has a code that code requires a number of follow up visits. This is standard in medical field and coding. They get away with it because they "dont accept" and most people ignore this. DONT ignore.. they will suck you dry and keep having you come back. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that accepts insurance to keep these peopel honest. We will not be back but have found a provider that isnt afraid to work with insurance carriers to keep costs down and has correct billing policies. Provider responded below. I know the coding they used is incorrect and claims they are out of network is true but this has nothing to do with incorrect coding and billing patient incorrectly. This is another reason to only go to in network providers. Your insurance company keeps providers like this honest. Elizabeth Rangel.
