I have always been very pleased with care here but this time not so. I was told I would have someone new and that is fine. I would suggest that it would be verified that the new employee be up to speed with the computer and equipment. I was in the chair almost 30 minutes before I was started with exam. The tech left the room twice to see if dentist was ready for exam for at least 20 total. If the previous hygienist is no longer available I will look elsewhere.
Everyone, including office staff, doctor, and dental assistants, are very professional, competent, kind, and reassuring. Clear explanations and instructions before and after the procedure, open discussion about options, and a successful outcome. Honestly, not a procedure I had been looking forward to. But now most definitely a procedure I am happy that I did (and it actually was not nearly as bad as I had feared - as a matter of fact, it wasn’t bad at all).
Dr Matt Lorson is excellent in every way. If you need his services, I would not hesitate to have him do your work. He ensures you do not feel any pain and the procedure is done with the expertise you expect. He is also a friendly guy. He has done tooth implants for me.
Rachel did my perio teeth cleaning and was excellent. She talked me through each step in the process as she performed the service. I did not need to see Dr Lorson this visit, but I know he is always there for me and my family and that he provides outstanding care/service and has created a top notch team to support him and his patients. I also met with Zach who helped me with insurance, financing and review of past services, breaking it down to help in my planning. We have been seeing Dr Lorson for many years and we are so grateful for his and his teams expertise and wonderful customer service. He is the best!
I couldn’t be happier with the my experience at Dental Health Associates. Everyone there was professional, kind, compassionate, willing to go above and beyond. Dr. Lorson and Dr Brodek were both amazing!!! Thank you !
