So happy with the care I received! I was concerned about my gum issue and was able to get an appointment right away.Friendly staff at each visit, treatment and cost explained. Dr Linstadt and her assistant were awesome, thorough assesment visit, comfortable treatment appointment, and helped make my mouth healthy. Definitetly reccomend.
Best new client visit in a medical setting that I've ever had, hands down. Highly recommend seeing Dr. Daniel Thomas! I used to see a periodontist for years before my doctor retired, and I've felt "lost in the system" since then. I called around to various periodontal teams and had the hardest time reaching anyone via phone or email. I found this team on google and the front desk was quick to get me on the schedule and very pleasant to work with. You can tell this is a great work environment with employees who are treated well and work great together! Dr. Thomas spent over 45 minutes with me, making me laugh, going through my intro paperwork very thoroughly, asking me lots of questions, walking me through high res photos of my teeth to discuss concerning areas that will require extra attention, etc. I was blown away by all of the knowledge he included me on in terms of gum health and general health. I've never had a medical professional care (or make time) to break down my health history and future into layman's terms so eloquently. I love to learn and to better my health, and he made this very easy and not confusing at all! I have insurance, but if I didn't, this appt would have been well worth a few hundred dollars. Added bonus : this is one of the most beautiful mosaic + statue filled buildings in all of Kansas City. The office i sat in had a great view of the heart of the Plaza. Thank you to the entire team for a great first visit!
Dr Daniel Thomas is very thorough. He questioned me extensively about my medical and dental history. He completely understood my issues. His assistant and the front desk were first rate. I felt heard, and I feel totally comfortable going forward with treatment.
