Look at the other reviews of this guy this year, and its clear.... WE WERE TREATED BADLY! My visit was back in April 2025 as well. Dr Thomas chipped a tooth but that is the smallest of my complaints. I would bet 5k he used a drill to deep scale. I am no dentist but it looked like a drill ( like a mini dyson hairdryer with a red corner and bit) sounded like a drill, smelt like a drill and at one point hurt like a drill that missed. If theres a tool used to deepscale that does the same thing I,d be suprised. I was stupid ( or trusting) enough to go back and have the other side done a week or so later. That day, before he started, he was clearly angry that I wouldnt let him pull a tooth. He said nothing again to me through the "procedure" after that argument. THANK GOODNESS rushed through that side in a few minutes. Then he sprayed some sandy gritty substance literally from ear to my ear a few times. If he was not being malicious and accidentally missed my mouth than he is incompetant. I suppose I was lucky that he got mad about not pulling or he may have drilled his way across the other side too. When I left the receptionint even said "that was fast". I paid what I owed and left very shaken from the way I was treated. Months later they had the nerve to turn around and say I owed $40. I thought it was a mistake because I gave them my card to pay up twice already. I dont care about $40 but really I should have gotten paid for him to experiment on me! I am unable to drink from a straw still 6 months later. After multiple unanswered calls to the office they mail me a new bill adding on $4. for a late fee. I've had an exciting year and I just now wrote my review. But spring 2025 this guy has 3 of 3 similiar reviews. Id bet there are other victims out there. Hopefully we can all get together soon.
Best and most informative and helpful Dr. and customer service was better than anything I’ve ever experienced! I recommend this place to anybody ! Great place to go they do a really good job and take good care of theee patients
Everyone was very nice! Dr. and staff were very patient and helpful and took time to answer all questions and concerns and helpful with getting future appointments!
April 2024, Dr. Jonathan Thomas performed a procedure on me and severed a nerve. Since then I have not been able to feel my mouth or tongue, as well as taste anything. Thomas did not care what he had done. I went to an oral surgeon in Chicago who performed another surgery placing a cadaver nerve in hopes my nerves would reconnect, but that was unsuccessful and I was then told this would be permanent for the rest of my life. I’m in constant pain from this, I was 20 at the time and I’m about to be 23. After reading other reviews about him, it is obvious he should not be practicing in this field. None of my comments have been responded to, but everyone else’s comments have because this place knows how much he messed me up and refuses to take accountability. I will not stop until some action is taken.
They took the time to explain everything and made me feel comfortable. I appreciated it. Great group of people!!!
