Over the course of a year, I had four gum surgeries by Dr. Thomas Bradshaw. Two were connective tissue grafts and two were free gingival grafts. Thanks to Dr. Bradshaw's expertise, every one of my surgeries went perfectly with no complications. I experienced no pain during any of the surgeries and each graft (the graft site and harvest area) healed well within two weeks. I had great anxiety prior to my first graft and nearly two dozen questions. Dr. Bradshaw took plenty of time to answer every question and concern I had. He is very pleasant and personable. Following each procedure, he was also very responsive and communicative via text. A five-star rating for Dr. Bradshaw is simply not enough. He is absolutely fantastic. If I ever need another gum surgery, I will not hesitate to have it done by Dr. Bradshaw. I know I can expect a worry-free and pain-free successful outcome. My trust and confidence in Dr. Bradshaw are total.
Dr Rollins did an excellent job with my periodontal procedure. I was very comfortable and the staff is friendly! Dr. Rollins explained everything very well and made me feel at ease. The procedure was much easier and less painful than I expected. A few days after my procedure, Dr. Rollins called me and made sure I was doing ok. Amanda helped me out with my insurance questions and took extra time to make sure I got the best coverage possible. This was a very positive experience for me. I can’t say enough how well I was taken care of at this office! 10/10 would recommend Dr. Rollins!
This company is misleading and deceiving. They billed my insurance company for $250 for a 30 min consultation and now have sent me to collections over another $350 pertaining to the same consultation. Go to SWOSA for any periodontal work. The doctor is much better than Bradley.
Dr Bradshaw was the first periodontist I’ve seen in the last ten years who was able to accurately diagnose my issues and provide a treatment plan that’s well within budget. PLUS he took all the time needed to explain everything in detail, with pictures, in terms that I totally understand. I’m very impressed and highly recommend him and his staff. Thank you to God for moving me to the St George area so I could meet Dr Bradshaw!!!
I had a poor experience with Dr. Echols and his staff. I found his staff rude and deceptive in their billing practices. When I asked Dr Echols a question about my surgical procedure he laughed at me in a way that felt belittling. I felt a complete lack of care from their office. I went to see a different periodontist in town and had a great experience.
