The entire staff and Dr. Stacy Blume were exceptional from start to finish. I had to have three teeth pulled and a bone graft. They were very gentle, personable and professional. It was over in no time. I would highly recommend this business if you are in need of this type of service!! Superb!
I was worried about pain during my teeth extractions. My experience was really good however. I only felt pain twice in a row and the Doctor gave me some extra numbing which after...I did not feel pain. The only thing that I felt was a lot of pushing and pulling which was not painful. My bleeding afterwards continued until evening and then slowed to a bare minimum. I kept ahead of the pain and discomfort with the pain med and inflamation med that the technician recommended to me before the extractions. So my first experience as I see it was really good and not nearly as bad as I was anticipating.
Outstanding care combined with highly skilled technical experience make Dr Blume and her staff the best in her field. Today is the day after my procedure and the office just called to see how I was doing! I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
1) All the staff were very nice and professional 2) The facility was clean and organized 3) Easy parking 4) Dr Race explained everything very well and answered all the questions I had 5) Only negative is the painful shots given. For some reasons, dentists cannot figure out how to give shots without making them the most dreaded and painful experience! You guys need to fix this.
I felt somewhat nervous on a first visit to a periodontist office. My initial visit was with the receptionist who had the most warm & sincere welcome. It made me feel less intense. I was so concerned that l may have to lose one or more teeth. But after a very thorough probing, poking & tapping (technical terms), Dr. Andrew Race's assessment will help me retain a tooth that needs grafting to support it. Each person, Courtney (hygentist) as well as Shauna who scheduled future appointments were professional, friendly & courteous. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who is in need of a peridonist. And no I'm not related to anyone there...
