I could not be more grateful for the outstanding care provided by Dr. Riffel and her team. I struggle with even getting my teeth cleaned, so facing a bone graft was so anxiety producing for me. The team at this dental practice is just amazing from Ilene in the business office to the reception staff to surgical dental assistants Adrian and Yesenia.I needed IV anesthesia and Amber who made that happen was so kind. This team is professional, expert at what they do and they obviously love their work. Equally important to me was how caring Adrian, Yesenia and Dr. Riffel were to me before, during and after the surgery. I never felt judged about my anxiety. To the contrary, it was absolutely clear they wanted to help me through this necessary procedure doing all they could to help me be calm. I'm two weeks post surgery and healing well. Thanks so much to each of you for your care.
I had been to three different doctors for my gum graft and was told they couldn’t help. So I was so grateful to find Dr. Butler and her staff and their willingness to work with me. They were compassionate, talented, thorough and knowledgeable. The result was exactly as promised. I couldn’t recommend them more.
I absolutely love this practice. Dr. Riffle, Adrian, and the rest of the team are always so incredibly warm, welcoming, educational, and walk me through every step of the process to ensure I’m comfortable and understanding what’s happening. I’ve had 2 gum grafts with them, the second one being out of network for me because my insurance changed, but I refuse to go else where. I couldn’t love this team more and I’m so grateful for the thought and care they give to their patients!
Dr. Riffle and staff are AMAZING! Such a great and caring staff. Dr. Riffle explained everything to me in a kind and caring way. She truely made me feel heard in my concerns for my oral health. The entire staff here is wonderful and they do a great job! Every person I interacted with including the front office, the office manager, the dental assistants, and Dr. Butler was helpful, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Would recommend to anyone!
