I had my first appointment at Pheasant Cove Dental & it was wonderful. From the moment you step in the door you're greeted by a very warm and friendly staff. I had walked into the office a couple of weeks ago to see the office as we are new to the area and searching for a new dental office. The office was closed that day but Amanda came to the door, invited me in and told me about the office and Dr Widmier. She took her time, answered my questions and made me feel like she had all day. She set the warm tone for the office. For my first appointment yesterday, there was hardly any wait time & one of the hygienist, Jill came out to walk me to my chair. She introduced herself & we had good conversation on what she would be doing and answered my questions. Towards the end of my cleaning Dr Widmier came in to introduce himself and we spoke about my next appointment and course of action. The entire office has a very nice flow to it, their customer service is awesome and I honestly look forward to my future appointments.
Our whole family of four had appointments this week. We all had incredibly positive experiences including our 3.5 and almost 2 year old (if you've ever taken small children to the dentist, you know that this alone is a miracle). Everybody is friendly and the wait time was almost non existent. Highly recommended!
My early appointment was on time. Jill N was fast, efficient and friendly. After a through cleaning she made specific recommendations for improving my oral health. I have been a patient for over 10 years and look forward to at least 10 more!
Super friendly and helpful staff! They listen to my concerns and answer my questions honestly and openly. I always feel they have my best interest in mind when they suggest treatments.
I forgot 1st appointment and had to reschedule.... it was so far out so I ask if I could be put on their cancellation list and I was.. I was called to come in next day ( yippee) and wrote the wrong time down by 3 hours (1:30 should have been 11:30 ! ) They text and ask if I was coming and instead of making me reschedule they still worked me in... That’s amazing customer service ( which I’m big on!) I’ve been coming to this practice for 29 years and will never change... Still has that small hometown feel ! ❣️❣️
