My daughter had an Unacceptable oral surgery experience here. When I was asked how to file a complaint I was told there was no way to file a complaint so I am voicing my extreme Disgust, disappointment here in hopes that my experience will not be repeated. I understand that sometimes life necessitates The need to bring your child to work with you but having your child at your side tugging on your pants distracting you while you are poking a patient with a needle is extremely unsafe and absolutely unacceptable Especially when the patient is my child. I watched as my daughter's arm was continually dug around in until she was in tears . I finally yelled STOP ! To top it off there was confusion on paperwork side of things I was told to pay the entire balance not the amount I had already been told by my insurance company that I would be liable for before I was even done hashing things out and paying for my bill my daughter was still disorientated and groggy from the anesthesia she was brought out back without my knowledge, permission, or preparedness. Negligence lack of professionalism carelessness lack of concern are a few words to describe this experience that my daughter will remember for the rest of her life .

We had a good experience. We had 5 appointments. They started at 1 and we were all done, cleaned up and on our way by 2:30.

Absolutely fantastic! I am not someone who enjoys going to the dentist, it’s always a painful process. I went in because a filling broke and fell out and the staff told me I would need a root canal which I’ve always heard is an extremely painful process but this Doctor was fantastic ,I felt no pain at all! I don’t think I will ever go anywhere else as long as I live in Williston!
