Dr. Picket is amazing! He was incredibly thorough during our consultation and was very clear about what was going to happen on the day of my surgery. He even went out of his way a few days before my surgery to do some additional work that would make my orthodontic process easier! Highly recommend them everyone was incredibly kind and very helpful.
My son needed 4 wisdom teeth removed. My regular dentist gave me a few options but told me he liked Dr. Pickett. I had some experience another office which made me want a change. Dr. Pickett's office staff were very good, coordinated with my insurance perfectly and were great with notifications and then on the day they were really good. The office staff were a reflection of the dentist, Dr. Pickett, because he was very warm and confident in what needed to be done. My son had all four out and one day later is pretty good and this experience was very good. Billing was perfect and clear. I would use him again in a second for tooth extraction, implants, etc. Love to see a guy that is really on top of his profession.
This was the second time that the staff at Pickett Oral Surgery were able to work me into their busy schedule so I could have unplanned surgery in order to enjoy my vacation. They managed to find the time for me and as always, were compassionate and thoroughly professional in managing my tooth extraction. While no one likes to have dental surgery, Dr. Pickett makes it as painless and pleasant as possible, and even makes you smile!
Dr. Chet Matsuura was one of the kindest and most general oral surgeon I’ve ever met. He was incredibly kind and thorough and explain to me every step of the procedure. I couldn’t recommend him enough! Everyone here is so helpful and kind ❤️
If I could leave a 10 star review I would!!!! From the time I walked in the door until I walked out I was treated like I was family I felt like. Dr Pickett made me feel so comfortable and made me feel So relaxed because I was so nervous about having my tooth pulled… I was in there no longer than 10 maybe 15 minutes and he explained everything thoroughly! If I ever have to see another surgeon he will definitely be my go to!!! Thank you and your staff for an amazing experience!!!
