I went to the VA for dental care and received a referral for my dental care. I chose Picture Perfect Smiles due to their demographics and was pleasantly impressed by their work and staff! My last cleaning was done many years ago due to the pain I experienced, I didn’t want to any dentist. This visit totally changed that!! The dental hygienist was amazing and took such great care of me while staying absolutely aware of my pain level and tolerance. Dr. Sullivan came in and was equally as attentive and friendly! My appointment was at 1pm and I was seen 10 minutes before! I love that the staff is majority black and very professional, very caring! They even made sure I had extra copies of my records before leaving knowing I am operating inside the VA care system. My sister and niece made appointments the following week and both had their needs exceeded as well! I’ve definitely found my dental care team henceforth
Dr. Nzingha Stoval is, without question, the best dentist in America. I don’t say that lightly , every visit with her is the perfect blend of professionalism, precision, and genuine care. From the moment you walk in, her team makes you feel seen, welcomed, and completely at ease. Dr. Stoval has an incredible ability to explain everything in a way that’s clear and comforting. She pays attention to details most people wouldn’t even think to notice, and the quality of her work speaks for itself. My teeth have never looked or felt better. What really sets her apart is her compassion. She listens. She remembers. She cares about her patients as people, not appointments. Her energy, expertise, and dedication create an experience that feels more like partnering with someone who truly wants you to be confident in your smile. If you’re searching for a dentist who consistently delivers excellence, operates with integrity, and treats you like family, Dr. Stoval is the one. I’m beyond grateful to be her patient. I love Dr Stovall, Nikki and all of her staff. They are always so kind, caring and professional. I also love the beautiful view while getting my teeth cleaned.

From the receptionist, to the Hygienist to Dr. Stovall, they all get it - top notch service doesn’t end at your skill level or job title.
