Pineview Family Dental provides exceptional care! They went out of their way to get my whole family in right away. 2 of us 1 week out, after calling to bump 1 of our appointments up. And the 3rd is on a waiting list to be bumped up but still the appointment was only 1 month out. This is all for new patient appointments. Izzy the hygienist was so kind, attentive, cared to ensure our comfort and went above and beyond to get that gritty feeling from a cleaning out of your mouth before you go. The intake forms asked through suggestions how they can make you more comfortable, just as providing a blanket. The office is clean and aesthetically calming. All staff were kind and you can tell they work hard to provide great service. I am so happy to have found them. Honestly, I Googled “dentists in Prescott” and worked from the top of the list making calls to see if anyone could get us in this month. More than half of the offices did not answer their phones. The others were scheduling 3-6 months out. Pineview was 8th on the list. They deserve to be at the top of the list! Call them if you appreciate great service and great care!
My first visit went surprisingly well. EVERYONE was so helpful and made me feel like I mattered. Dr White was very attentive to my "back story," gave a very thorough exam and clearly explained what my treatment would be. His assistant Becca was also very professional and helped make me feel comfortable. Loren was extremely helpful in making my appt and her and the front staff made me feel very welcome when I came in. I would highly recommend this office. Thanks everyone! Maybe I'll look forward to going to the dentist now!
My first time at this office was a lovely experience. The staff are very welcoming and interested in getting to know their patients as well as go above and beyond making sure you're comfortable. The facility was clean. The details this staff puts into the office is noted - blankets and water offered in the lobby, mouthwash in the bathroom as well as a variety of magazine to look through while you wait. They were fast & efficient. I appreciated that they took the time to go over with me what would and wouldn't be covered through my insurance. I usually dislike dental visits but I am looking forward to my next 6 month appointment! Thank you Pineview Family Dental for making my experience such a positive one.
Always super friendly and helpful - easy to book appointments and handle insurance paperwork. Hygienists are thorough and gentle, while maintaining good communication during cleaning. Dentist bedside manner is very good.
So grateful to have found the helpful, professional staff at Pineview! Husband and I have been going for the 3 years we've been in Prescott for our routine cleanings and have never had a more thorough cleaning. Recently I had some sensitivity and the were able to get me in immediately - talk about great service! All ended up fine but Dr. White was very thorough in checking into my situation and I felt reassured and cared for all along the way. I can't recommend this office enough!
