I appreciate how kind and courteous everyone is there, they make you feel welcomed and as much at home as you can be at the dentist. It’s just a warm feeling in a good culture of people and that’s hard to come by sometimes. I also appreciate the doctor making a personal phone call to follow up the day after my procedure. I would recommend Dr. Williams and her staff to anyone in the need.
I've been to Pinnacle a few times now and have been really pleased with every experience. The dentist, hygienists, and all staff are so kind, friendly, and attentive. On top of being a really caring and welcoming place, the treatment and instructions for home care have been very successful! My gums are probably in the best health they've been my entire life.

The receptionist was extremely friendly on the phone and in person. The hygienist and her assistant were wonderful during my initial exam, they were so informative. Dr. Williams took her time going over my complex case, listened to all of my concerns, and I never felt rushed. Looking forward to my procedure and my results!
