Everyone very nice and helpful an short waiting time. The Dr. Was very nice an caring explained everything an answered all my questions or hurry me thru my appointment like so many other drs do. I am so glad I found pinnacle dental in Crescent and will never go anywhere else for my dental care and will recomend them to everyone I know.
I had a really good experience. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole procedure. The dentist was amazing, gentle, and patient, and his assistant helped me so much and was incredibly kind. I truly appreciate how well they treated me.
I NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD SAY, WHAT AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE being at a dentist office! Because believe me I'm not a fan of the dentist! I had an appointment 2 weeks out and simply couldn't take the pain anymore and they got me in immediately! The nurse Monica is FABULOUS SHE SERIOUSLY MAKES THIS PLACE WHAT IT IS! Very personable kind non judgemental and she actually cares about ! The Dentist was amazing as well kind gentle compassionate I can't say enough about how great my experience was, I came in in unbearable pain and left pain free! I'm a customer for life!! Only giving 4 stars because I can't give 5...
Dr Mansell was very kind and informative. His staff seemed to have my best interest in mind. They were very kind and helpful. I will recommend Dr Mansell to my family and friends.
I’ve been having trouble finding a dentist I like and trust and I’m so glad I found Pinnacle Dental! They are friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood how my insurance would cover services needed! *update* I just went back for some fillings and had a great experience - they were kind and thoughtful and made sure I was comfortable!
