My husband had his wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Kim. We had a lovely experience. The surgery went smooth and my husband had very little pain afterwards. He only needed ibuprofen to manage. The front desk staff, which can make or break a practice, was also highly professional and kind. They were quick with all paperwork, and very organized, and the nurse went above and beyond to ensure his comfort. I highly recommend Dr. Kim’s practice for any oral surgery needs. He is a professional and kind surgeon.
Dr. Kim and his staff are outstanding! I was very anxious about my wisdom tooth procedure, but they listened to my concerns and made me very comfortable. The procedure was over in a blink of an eye, and I was on my way. Hardly any pain post-op. Currently, almost two-week post-op and everything is healing nicely. I would highly recommend Dr. Kim. He knows what he's doing, and he'll get you fixed up nicely! If anyone is scared of IV Sedation, don't be. It's actually a very interesting experience.
Dr. Kim performed an impacted wisdom tooth extraction for me, after careful thought and consideration as it was fairly close to the nerve. I could tell from all our conversations that he prioritizes the safety and well being of his patients. He personally called me to discuss changes in the plan and again to check on me after the procedure. Surgery went super smooth and I’m recovering well :) His staff accommodated me at very short notice and has been super prompt and responsive. Thank you so much, Dr. Kim!
From the moment I checked in at the front desk to being wheeled out to the car after my procedure, the entire experience was as smooth and positive as oral surgery can be. Dr. Kim and his entire team are truly exceptional. I felt safe, supported, and heard throughout the entire process. If you need to go through oral surgery, this is absolutely the place to do it.
Couldn’t be happier I was referred to Dr. Kim! I am 29 years old and had all 4 wisdom teeth which have been needed to be removed for over a decade. The top 2 were in normal, the bottom 2 were tricky. They were impacted, partially erupted, and very close to the nerve. Dr. Kim made me feel at ease, comfortable, and well educated through the entire process. I knew what to expect, any risks involved, and he answered any question I had. I was beyond nervous and terrified (hence why I hadn’t gotten them out!) But Dr. Kim did the job flawlessly. Recovery was as good as recovery can be and they were there for me when I had a few questions. The office staff is also INCREDIBLE!!! This is a class act practice. If you are scared of getting your wisdom teeth out, look no further. This is the place. Thank you Dr. Kim and all of the Pinnacle Peak staff!!!
