I’m extremely pleased with the care I received at this dental clinic. The team was courteous, attentive, and genuinely concerned about my comfort. Pioneer Valley Dental, Dr. Curtis Smith in particular, is amazing! I have been going there for over 20 years even after I switched insurances and moved far away because as an anxious dental patient they have been very careful, kind, and conscientious with me. They always do their best to make me comfortable. My most recent procedure I had done was to get 3 crowns on my front teeth and I was extremely nervous about it! Dr. Smith and his dental assistant, Ramon, were very thorough in explaining what would happen and then asked me along the way how I was doing and they would adjust their approach if I needed them to. I did not feel pain which was so surprising to me! They are amazing! I was also nervous about how my crowns would match my other teeth, especially since they were the front and center teeth. But the lab did a fabulous job and I am so surprised at how natural they look! The color is just right and they even shaped the two teeth next to my front teeth to match each other. I find myself smiling in the mirror all the time now, just to see my beautiful teeth! Thank you so much, Dr. Smith! (These photos show the before and after work.)
I didn’t really believe how they could have almost 5 full stars, when most offices have 1-3. I understand. I’ve had a few family members come here and figured it was like your typical come in and get out dentistry places. I can happily say that they are not, they greet you with a smile and get to know you. The hygienists are such lovely people and Dr Smith is fantastic. They take very good care of their patients and make sure that the patient is comfortable. In over 30 years, I’ve learned to hate x-rays because my bone growth below my teeth, but I didn’t feel anything, they made it quick and easy. I didn’t even know that was possible! This place is really as good as people say it is… even the finance lady is pretty awesome! Thank you for being what a dentistry office should be!
I highly recommend Dr. Broadbent at Pioneer Valley Dental!! I have had great experiences each time I have any dental work done. The staff is warm and welcoming and they make you feel so comfortable!! I have no anxiety when I go in. Dr. Broadbent explains everything in detail. He is very kind and professional. I have the highest confidence in him. This place is amazing. Dr Broadbent does an amazing job. I am not a fan of going to the dentist but the people here make you feel welcome and they take amazing care of you. They know me personally and I feel like more then just a number to them. I moved an hour away but make the drive because they are so good. I tell anyone who is looking for a dentist that these guys are the best
