i just want to say how grateful i am for Dr Cheney and his staff. every time i go into this dentist, they make me feel so welcomed and comfortable. i’ve had some horrible experiences with dentists in the past which actually caused me to stop going entirely. i finally had such pain in my mouth that i decided, after years, i needed to find a dentist and go. i did so much research on all the dentists in the valley, looked at every single review everybody had to offer. i finally settled with platinum dental and asked for Dr Cheney specifically. he is phenomenal. i actually can’t find words to express how much i appreciate him and his staff. i feel completely comfortable every time i go in and that’s the best thing i could ask for. thank you guys again for accommodating to my anxiety
I really hate going to the dentist. But I've been to Platinum Dental twice now for cleanings and both times have been the most pleasant dentist experience I've ever had. Everyone there is really kind and understanding and tried to make the experience as comfortable for me as possible, and the doctors encouraged me to ask them questions about my dental care if I had any. I felt very taken care of.
Super frustrating experience. It started off with when my husband and I were new patients his first cleaning and first my cleaning were drastically different. Then my husband’s next appointment they said he had a cavity. He’s had no issues but still decided to get it fixed. When he got it fixed today he said the dr seemed a little confused on where the cavity was and then told him there’d be 15 minutes of just drilling. But everything was done in 5 minutes. So my husband left work early and had this bogus cavity filled for literally no reason. 75 bucks gone. We will not be returning. They are robbing hard working people.
I have to really shout out Platinum Dental in Logan. A couple of months ago I had a filling and my babysitting fell through. I called to cancel but they were so nice to offer to keep the apt and have my kiddos stay in the kids room while I was getting my procedure. The staff is awesome, specially Charity! Thanks for helping mommas get their treatment even if they don't have babysitting
To say I was pleasantly surprised is a complete understatement. I’ve been *terrified* of having dental work done most of my adult life…and this includes simple cleanings. Chalk it up to some bad dental experiences years ago, maybe. The Platinum staff was kind, gentle and they communicate very well. I can tell they genuinely care. Dr. Arnoldson not only gave me hope for my dental future, he made sure I was comfortable and explained things in a way I didn’t need a doctorate to understand. Even for the lengthy procedure I initially had, the recovery was quick and relatively pain-free (another surprise, as I’m used to being so bruised & swollen that people think I was in a vehicle accident). So, I’m quite impressed. I rarely make reviews but I highly recommend Platinum Dental, Dr. Arnoldson and their amazing staff. It’s hard for me to verbalize how grateful I am to have found a place where I can get great dental care without the horrors I used to associate with the process. Thank you, Platinum Dental!
