This place is always five star. My family has been going to Dr. Acevedo for several years now. We followed him to this practice. Highly Recommended! I came in uncertain and fearful of another abscess tooth however upon further inspection, X-ray and 3D scan Acevedo figured out it was not my tooth but in fact was my sinus cavity and congestion. that was the cause of my pain. Needless to say I left feeling much better knowing it wasn't what I thought it was, and I'll be returning for follow up and future appointments thanks guys for being patient and kind, especially how nervous I was. It was appreciated I'm looking forward to coming back šš¼
They are not helpful when it comes to customers service. I asked for rough estimates for specific codes I had, but there is no transparency with this office, so they said they can't help me with giving me an estimate. The said their process is not to provide estimates over the phone. There were other offices that were helpful that grabbed my information and reached out to my insurance just to be able to provide me with rough estimates.
Staff was great! Even with my nervous littles! They were comforting and reassuring and let me be back with all 4 of my kids in one room to help them feel comfortable!!
As a new patient, Iām facing the need for extensive dental work due to a previous dentist in the 90s who unfortunately cut corners. From my very first consultation, I felt heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. The team took the time to clearly explain my treatment plan, and the breakdown sheet they provided was straightforward and easy to understand. For the first time in a long while, I feel hopeful that my teeth can be restored to not only look beautiful, but function properly as well. I truly appreciate the professionalism and transparency, and I look forward to becoming a long-term patient.
