I have lived in Dickinson my whole life. Ive had problems in the past with other dentists. And have been trying to find a good dentist! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Dr. Buskirk was nice & was very enthusiastic about making my teeth look better. The whole place is very relaxing and there is a massage built into the dentist chair. 🤯 I was very impressed by how fancy it really is! The waterfall is so cool and there is so much room to breathe. I would recommend to everyone!😁

Been going here for 3 years now. Dr Van Buskirk does really nice work. I just had my fillings on my front teeth replaced. I was in and out the door in a half hour. Everyone there is very friendly and professional. Sara at the front desk is Everyone's favorite, she's really accommodating when it comes to scheduling and rescheduling
While the dental hygienist and dentist provided acceptable clinical care, the administrative operations of this practice were problematic. Over a period of approximately nine months, I made multiple attempts to contact the office by phone and text and did not receive any response. Due to the lack of communication, I had to submit multiple complaints because they told me my payment was going towards a service I never received. Due to the lack of communication, I went to the office in person to address the issue. During that visit, I did not receive an apology or resolution and experienced interactions from front desk staff that I perceived as unprofessional and sassy. Consistent communication and professionalism are fundamental expectations in a healthcare setting. The absence of both significantly affected my experience and is the reason I will not recommend this practice.
Everyone is very kind and helpful. Dr Biskirk is very knowledgeable, he and his team made it a very comfortable and relaxed experience. They help you where they can with prices as well. 110% recommendation
