I highly recommend this office! Everyone was kind and professional. The office vibe usually starts at the top and when I met the doctor I could see why. He was jovial and had a great rapport with his staff. Everyone made me feel comfortable and safe. My only issue was being denied copies of the documents I signed. The releases and stuff. She said “we don’t really do that”, and wouldn’t give me copies. She was being trained so maybe she was unfamiliar with HIPAA.
Thank you so much for the outstanding care. I had five teeth removed, and everything went so smoothly that it felt as if nothing had even happened. The surgery was done yesterday and took about 20 minutes. I felt absolutely no pain — I fell asleep and woke up comfortably, then was taken home. After resting and sleeping for a short time, I felt great and was already able to return to work within just a couple of hours. The surgeon is truly excellent, and the entire staff was incredibly caring and professional. Thank you all very much for your amazing work. May God bless you all. 🙏 And they already called me 3 times and asked how you feel and ask several medical questions
I went to Pomerado Surgery twice— for an extraction and then implant. Both times the staff took good care of me—both the reception Jenelle and nursing staff. Dr. Hatt performed the procedure under anesthesia (thankfully) and it went smoothly and I had no issues afterwords. Only point of note- they don’t accept personal checks so it’s inconvenient to carry cash. Using a credit card has associated fees.
I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Holly Hatt and her amazing team! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and well cared for. They’re all incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Dr. Hatt is an exceptionally skilled surgeon. I had multiple teeth removed and a bone graft just yesterday, and to my surprise, I’ve had very little pain or discomfort since the procedure. She explained everything clearly beforehand, and her calm, confident demeanor really put me at ease. It’s clear that everyone in this office truly cares about their patients and takes pride in their work. I’m so grateful for the care I received and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr. Hatt and her team to anyone needing oral surgery.
All around an amazing dental office. I was referred here to get all 4 wisdom teeth taken out by my dentist, and I was super anxious about the surgery. The women at the front desk were warm and welcoming, and put me at ease. I had never been put under for surgery before, but Dr. Podstreleny and his team were comprehensive and caring, and surgery was painless and quick. The wait can be a bit long due to the high volume of patients (understandably so!) so make sure your electronics are charged or you have a book to read. They also make sure to call and check in with you post op, and provide a comprehensive list of post-op care.
