Incredible service!! I had an urgent dental issue late in the day. Even though I wasn’t an established patient, their team got me in quickly and took great care of me. I was treated like I was a long-time patient. Dr. Marlowe made this a very comfortable procedure (and I’m kind of a baby when it comes to dental work). He is extremely knowledgable, kind, and patient. They have a beautiful office and a wonderful team of staff members. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

They took the time to explain things clearly and treated me with genuine care rather than making me feel rushed. We had a great experience with Dr Marlowe and his staff. My son had to get a root canal. I really appreciated the Dr. taking time to explain the process and expectation. He was so patient and kind with my son. The process was streamline, having the root canal and crown placed all in one visit was amazing compared to other experiences with multiple appointments. I’ve been going to Portneuf Valley Dental for years and just want to say that Hailey and Lauren are wonderful! They really listen to your needs and want to make sure that you are comfortable. Dr. Marlow worked on my teeth today and he seems very thorough and explains things very well. I have anxiety quite a bit when I get in that dentist chair, so I am thankful to have people that make it feel more calming and relaxed during the procedure. I’m very happy to see that the new changes with being able to have head phones on and watch whatever you want. This really is nice to be distracted from what’s going on in your mouth. I really hope I won’t have to find someone else for my dental needs as I’m on Medicaid right now and would like to be able to stay with a place that I feel at home at. Thank you everyone that has given me a confident smile and keeping me so happy!😁
Great experience here; as an OTR truck driver scheduling anything more than a few days in advance is generally impossible, but these fine people have made it work for the several visits it has taken to catch up on half a decade's worth of neglecting my dental work! Many thanks to Dr. Marlowe, Janice at the front desk, and all the others i've had the pleasure of interacting with over these past couple months; Thank you for making the entire process so easy :)
