Dr. Rett and his team are fantastic! I am very nervous when going to the dentist however, the kindness shown makes it easier for me. If your a scardy cat like me go here. Dr is very concerned about making it as pleasant as possible. I highly recommend!
After a very long journey with a failed root canal and a bridge that became abscessed, Dr Patel saw me immediately and did not hesitate treatment as time was critical since infection was present. She took X-Rays, reviewed the treatment plan and solved the problem, what 4 other dentist failed to do! I had been dealing with this off and on for 2 years! Dr Patel removed the tooth, removed the bridge, created a crown with part of my bridge on an existing tooth instead of having to put me through the hassle and purchase of a new crown. Not only is she a great dentist, but a problem solver. There was compassion, caring, and less talk about money and how to bill for more! Her whole procedure took less than 1 hour and so many issues solved! I spoke to other dentist who just wanted to bill me for dental implants and crowns! Dr. Patel was so reasonable and gave me a great price. This was the last thing she talked about, money! She was more concerned with my health and well being than gouging me for a dental procedure! She is the best dentist I ever have been too. I did not feel her even remove the tooth, that is how good she really is. Her assistant was exceptional too! Everyone is great at Potomac Dental! Dr.Patel is my Dentist for life.

My dental hygienist, Tawnya, was incredible — friendly, thorough, and made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. She gave the best cleaning I’ve ever had! Dr. Patel was also fantastic — knowledgeable, kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell he truly cares about his patients. Tawnya must be the secret sauce of Potomac Dental Centre’s customer service — she truly sets the tone for such a welcoming, high-quality experience. Hands down the best dentist visit I’ve ever had!
Great caring staff straight forward but not to happy with my problem. I'm glad doc and the planner are going to give their best effort to make my wants to happen. I'm going to ray about all this and go from there. The place was very clean and I loved the lay out. Back in the day this was just a small building office and had nothing to say about the business it's beautiful top of the line. See you soon
Potomac Centre has overall friendly and wonderful staff; they’re always willing to help their patients. I have been seen by the three dentists, all of whom are professional and detailed- oriented. I appreciate Potomac’s methods to discuss the treatment and financial plans. I have been a patient for five years and I admire how they keep up with technology by using advanced dentistry methods.
