I have been going to PRD for almost 2 decades. The reason why I continue to go to PRD: They provide consistent quality dental care. The Hygienists do a great job! They educate people on the best dental hygiene practices and suggest changes for you to try. The great care all starts in scheduling and goes full circle through to the end and insurance/billing. You won't find another office as good at scheduling and adjusting to things that come up during the day as PRD. Just sit in the waiting area for a while and you will see the way the scheduling staff juggles requests to change appointments, calling people who missed appointments, and checking with patients that are on waiting list to get them in.

The staff of Powder River Dental make it an enjoyable experience. They are warm, friendly, and offer excellent clinical care. This has been true for each visit I have made for thirty plus years.
Today was my first experience with Powder River Dental. I had broken a crown and thankfully could get in to have replaced. Everyone was friendly and took great care to make sure I was comfortable. 10/10 recommend.
