We had a great experience at Dr. Travis’s office! Dr. Travis and his entire staff are super friendly and wonderful with my kids. They are very knowledgeable and always take the time to explain what they’re doing, which makes me feel comfortable and confident in their care. They are especially gentle and patient with the little ones, which I truly appreciate. I would highly recommend Dr. Travis and his team to anyone looking for a great family dentist!
My 3rd time in, first two appointments we absolutely amazing, she took incredible care of me and my experience was phenomenal! Every member of staff I encountered was wonderful. 3rd time in, with a different hygienist and dentist, worst dental experience of my life. Had a few cavities filled, the numbing process was so rushed nothing had time to set in. I needed to take a minute just to catch my breath after the first few 'jabs' of novacaine. I have never in my life had an issue with the dentist or any sort of negative experience. This one made me understand why there are people who have real fear of the dentist. I will absolutely schedule my next cleaning here but will put the pair I was scheduled with this last time on the list of people I will not see.
I love my hygienist! She is so personable and friendly! Dentists are quick and to the point which is awesome! Great great place and they incorporate a lot of new technology to help speed things up and make it less frightening
This is the best dental appointment I have had in 20 years. Ariel was fantastic. Kind, gentle, really made me feel at ease. Dr S made me feel like the only patient in the building. He went over all my xrays and treatment plans, making sure I was comfortable and understood what needed to be done.
Went in November 2025 went well pulled a tooth as I requested and stated he wanted to fill another to save a trip heck ya don’t have to come back went all went to desk ran insurance but it didn’t cover total bill so I paid remaining balance same day before I left now left fast forward they called couple weeks ago stating I owe 200…. And some change I was like well how is that when I paid what insurance wouldn’t pay the day of no current day I open a letter stating you have a outstanding balance and can no longer be seen here…. I’m almost positive as to what it boils down to is, they will accept you knowing well in fact, they do not accept your insurance. They will see you act like they ran your insurance. Have you pay what insurance don’t cover and then knowing that your insurance is not excepted in their facility. They’ll try to send you a bill later that’s how desperate they are for patients.
