Dr Pratt an his assistant Juliana did an amazing job I was in an out in no time. Extraction was super smooth best dental experience I have had in north Platte. He also has amazing staff. An it was more affordable than any other dentist I have been to. Great job guys
We cannot rate Pratt Dental highly enough. We were driving through North Platte on our way to Wyoming from Tennessee and needed emergency dental care for a crown that had fallen off. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, getting us back within minutes of walking in. The care we received was professional, informative, and expedient. If we didn’t live 1,200 miles away, we would be switching dentists. 10/10 recommend, especially if you’re passing through on a Friday.
Absolutely would not recommend this dentist. I came to him a year ago to get a wisdom tooth taken out, I didn’t have insurance so we talked about alternatives from anesthesia. He had told me I only needed one pulled cause the others were so far down he said I wouldn’t ever see them. I stayed awake for it, it was not pleasant and then afterwards he wouldn’t prescribe me opioids for pain. The healing process was the most miserable two weeks of pain because the over the counter stuff was not doing it. Fast forward to now I had to go a different dentist because I’m having pain again. Turns out my other wisdom teeth are coming in. I have to get the others taken out my other dentist said. I’m infuriated. Do not go here.
Always great dealings with Pratt Dental! They happened to have an opening same day I called and were able to get me fixed up. My elementary aged kids also have had great experiences there and really like Dr. Pratt! All the staff are super friendly and caring and Dr Pratt is thorough, patient and fun :)
My 3 year old daughter and I had an appointment together for a check up. The team was completely ready for us. I was hesitant to have her without me as I was concerned she would be scared or act out. That was absolutely not the case. She had a wonderful hygienist who kept her entertained. I did not hear a peep from her, I was amazed! I always have the same hygienist when I go and I absolutely LOVE her!!! She is so friendly and personable and always pick up on conversation where we left off before. Dr. Pratt is simply amazing and is so personable. I trust Pratt Dental 110% for our family dental. THANK YOU!!!!!
