I have a really bad phobia of going to the dentist, but these guys were very understanding and their calm and warm personalities made for a comforting and pleasant environment despite being at the dentist. They gave me a fuzzy blanket and made sure I was comfortable, telling me every step they were doing. I really appreciated the atmosphere, and even more so appreciated that there was no judgement from the dentist. He was genuine and kind. Thank you precision team!
Fear of DENTISTS??? This place is AMAZING!!! I have a fear of dentists and broke my tooth. Found Dr. Xu by accidently calling the wrong place. Turns out it's the BEST office I've ever been to. The staff is so cheerful and genuinely friendly. No words could really express my gratitude to Dr Xu! He is very kind, patient and genuinely listens and takes all of your concerns to heart 💙 I was originally going to get my tooth fixed and not go back but, here I am a year later still going back without any FEAR! LOVE THESE GUYS 100% 💙 💙 💙
This team is the best! What a fantastic office, full of wonderful, kind and attentive staff! I feel so thankful to have discovered this office. Dr Xu is professional, listened to me and was very present as he was talking with me about options for care plans. His staff, Vivian, Danielle, Mandy, Sarah and Tawna, exemplified the same attributes with so much patience! Kudos to Dr Xu for having such a wonderful team!
Started wth this 5 star review. Having relocated to Olympia after 50 yrs @ previous state address, I had to decisively pick out a dentist. Definitely made the right pick! Dr "Shoe", not only young & handsome, he was sincerely engaged as I expressed the importance of my aging health. We calmly, no rush, discussed a plan. His showed compassion and expertise per treatments & the attached finances. From the first inquiring phone call, the staff "listened" patiently & with respect. Easy location, ample parking. A welcoming entrance, meticulously clean. Dental assistant was delightful. We shared hardy laughter, in between the 18 ex rays. 5 Stars, may I add 5? 5+5=10 Gratitude, Granny Kate
I’m 52 years old, and until recently, I had never been to a dentist in my life. I’ve always had a deep fear of dentists — the sounds, the needles, the drills, even just sitting in the chair made me anxious. But when a severe toothache hit, I had no choice but to face my fears. From the very first visit, Dr. Xu, Nurse Mandy, and Nurse Sarah were incredible. They treated me with so much patience, kindness, and understanding that my anxiety started to fade. The entire team — from the front office to the assistants — made me feel like family every step of the way. After my first root canal, I decided to continue with them for eight more visits to take care of the rest of my dental issues. Each time, they made sure I was comfortable and informed, never rushed, and always reassuring. If you’re someone who’s nervous about the dentist (like I was for over 50 years), I can’t recommend Precision Dental enough. They changed my entire outlook on dental care and truly went above and beyond to make me feel safe, respected, and cared for. Thank you, Dr. Xu, Mandy, Sarah, and the whole Precision Dental team — you gave me my smile and confidence back
