This office was amazing! From my first call to my last follow up appointment I felt taken care of. Both Travia and Flo were efficient and helpful in setting up appointments, gathering my insurance information, and even answering general questions. They both created a warm, professional atmosphere that sets the groundwork for good patient relationships. And Dr.Memic has such amazing skill in her work and charisma. She instantly makes each of her patients feel seen and heard. She also has a gift in explaining each procedure in a way that anyone can understand. Parking was free and easy to locate, a small garage just on the ground floor of the building. There was coffee, tea, and water in the lobby too.
My experience was great. I felt at ease from the moment I walked into the office being that this was an emergent surgical procedure. Incredible staff from reception to the doctor. Everything was explained to me thoroughly and concise. The pre-op and post-op processes were smooth and well performed. I’d would recommend precision care to anyone looking for extensive dental work. Excellent job ladies!!
Precision oral surgery is an awesome experience. The ladies at the desk are awesome I mean they're so sweet and so well trained understanding non-judgmental. That's just the start. Then meet Dr Memic! I fell in love with her more ways than one but she did a fantastic job extracted my teeth and set my implants. They're excellent I'm on the road to recovery and I can't thank Dr Memic and her staff enough. Truly I think that she's the best. Great bedside manner as well. I had an excellent experience at Precision Oral Surgery. The office is super clean and welcoming, and the entire staff is incredibly nice, professional, and knowledgeable. From start to finish, they made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Dr. Memic is absolutely amazing—calm, skilled, and reassuring. I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed, and the process was much smoother than I expected. Everything was clearly explained, and my recovery has been going great. I highly recommend Precision Oral Surgery to anyone needing oral surgery. Outstanding care all around!
Dr. Memic is amazing. She and the entire team are friendly and professional. Every step of my procedure was discussed with me and I had the opportunity to ask questions.
